 | Kathleen provided Treasurer’s Report and Membership Update. |
| Presentation by Harris County Attorney’s Office, Linda Geffen regarding
Spec’s on Washington proximity to HISD Property and question and answer
session. |
| Discussion on residential permit parking initiative along streets in
close proximity to Washington Avenue by Jane Cahill West. |
| Presentation of information regarding trash pick-up and overfilling.
Neighbors were told to call 311 if trash was not disposed of properly by the
City. |
| Newsletter: Wendy asked that anyone wanting to submit an article to
email them to her RMCC email. |
| National Night Out. Peggy indicated that it would be held in Spotts Park
and asked for volunteers. |
| Quiet Zone Update: Continuing discussion on the Washington Avenue Quiet
Zone took place. Coordinators are trying to implement the quiet zone by
December 2009. |
| Upcoming Events: RMCC Book Club on July 15, 2009 and RMCC Wine Tasting
on July 16, 2009 per Michelle Wolpert. |
| The next Board Meeting will be at 6:00 pm in October, 2009 on a date and
location to be determined. The general meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
